  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on insights.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
  • Having a solid understanding of conversion rates across various channels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with agencies and other related partners.
  • Communicating, coordinating, and educating the sales team on plans and outcomes for better target allotment.
  • Tracking lead flow to ensure appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing leads in a timely manner.


  • 3+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing – Search and Social.
  • Past relevant experience working in education or edtech.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Skills Required:

  • Serving as a member of AEH’s legal team and collaborating with other team members to represent the entire organization.
  • Understanding and supporting the programmatic, operational, and business objectives of internal client groups, developing creative solutions, and resolving issues using the appropriate legal framework, consistent with core values.
  • Structuring, negotiating, and drafting legal documents related to AEH’s investments, including grants, contracts, program-related investments, and complex collaborations in furtherance of AEH’s charitable strategies; proactively identifying and advising on opportunities for policy or process efficiencies related to the same.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and problem-solving intellectual property considerations in AEH investments, licensing agreements, and policies associated with websites.
  • Advising program teams and providing training on new and emerging laws and policy developments related to program focus areas, including those related to student privacy and research.
  • Quickly establishing a partnership of trust with key team members and participating as a strategic advisor to clients on legal guidance and interrelated business considerations.
  • Providing support in other legal matters or projects as needed and serving as an active member of the legal team.


  • 3-5+ years of relevant legal practice, including law firm and/or in-house experience.
  • Preference may be given to qualified legal professionals with legal and/or business experience working in education industry.

  • 2-3+ years of relevant closing experience.
  • B2B sales experience.
